Taken at the Plaza Mayor in Madrid, Spain.
When we arrived in the morning, the Plaza Mayor was just starting to fill up with performers, clowns, costumed people and vendors trying to unload their cheap souvenirs on tourists. The man in green was selling some sort of device that when placed in your mouth made your voice sound like you had inhaled a truck load of helium. Given our red-eye flight, his constant demonstrations of this got old fast.
Regardless, the old buildings and cafes lining the plaza were pretty striking to a couple of Brooklynites like us.
